NextPlay is a sports management and statistics tracking platform that allows users to record, manage, and share athletic performance data. Key features include AI-assisted statistics extraction from images, team and player management, and public/private game sharing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account via third-party authentication (e.g., Google or LinkedIn). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
4. AI-Powered Statistics Extraction
The Service includes features that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract statistics from images.
- Accuracy Disclaimer: AI technology is not perfect. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or reliability of extracted data.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any data generated by the Service before relying on it.
5. User Content and Conduct
- You retain all ownership rights in your User Content (images, data, text).
- You grant NextPlay a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service.
- Prohibited content includes anything illegal, harmful, or that violates others' privacy/IP rights.
6. Privacy and Player Data
If you are a coach or administrator, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from players (or parents/guardians) before uploading their data.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are processed via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a refund policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextPlay shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including reliance on incorrect AI-generated data.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
