Terms of Service

The Service includes features that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract statistics from images (such as scorecards, box scores, or rosters), transcribe audio (such as voice notes or live reporting), generate coaching insights, generate player highlights, and generate avatar images.

• Accuracy Disclaimer: You acknowledge that AI technology is not perfect. NextPlay does not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data extracted automatically.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and correcting any data generated by the Service before relying on it or sharing it.
• No Model Training: We value your privacy. Your audio, image, video, and data inputs are processed solely to provide Service features such as extraction, transcription, avatar generation, insights, and highlights. We do not use your personal inputs or data to train or refine our underlying AI models.

"User Content" refers to any images, video, audio, data, captions, reactions, text, or other materials you upload or post to the Service.

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.
• License: By uploading User Content, you grant NextPlay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process your content to provide and improve the Service.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonation and Profile Claims: The Service allows users to claim player profiles. You may only claim profiles that belong to you or a minor for whom you are the legal guardian. Falsely claiming another individual's profile or impersonating another user is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination.

NextPlay offers features designed to protect player privacy, including the use of pseudonyms and avatars for publicly shared games.

• Consent: If you upload player statistics, game data, media, or other player-related content, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from players (or their parents/guardians, if under 13) to upload that information to the Service.
• Visibility: You control the visibility of your games (Private, Unlisted, or Public) and player profiles (Private, Code, or Team) where those controls are available to you. You are responsible for the settings you choose and the implications for player privacy.

Certain features, including Coach Pro sharing capabilities and expanded game creation limits, may require payment.

• Stripe: Payments are processed via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
• Billing: You agree to provide accurate billing information. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a refund policy.
